1) 5 minutes walking distance to Calgary NW C-train and bus stations. Good location with amenities and 7 shopping malls in walking distance. Universities and colleges are all close to our C-train station and bus stations. From high school to kindergartens are all in walking distance.
2) Calgary NW is one of the safest area in Calgary with many university students and professional people living here that most of them have good background of education, finance, ethics, etc.
3) Living beside both C-train station and bus stations makes convenience for the tenant to go any corner of Calgary very easily. Especially living beside train station is very important in the winter since the train has no problem with the snow and ice, but the bus sometimes stuck in the snow or get traffic jam and car accidents caused by the snow and ice.

1) New & upgraded renovation/ furniture/ facilities
2) No smoking/ drinking/ drugs/ pets.
