About this homestay
Hello. My name is Victoria and I am a 44 year old professional who loves in my condo with my dog Delilah. We live in the beautiful neighborhood of Tuxedo Park Calgary. I will have my spare bedroom available for rent come the end if August.
I am looking for a student (preferably a grad student) to rent my space. I am wry close to SAIT and the University of Calgary. (Less than 10 minutes by bus) and Mount Royal University is maybe 25 minutes by bus.
I work full time 10-5 and spend most evenings at home. I enjoy walking Delilah in the morning before work and in the evenings. I love cooking and am happy to share meals with you. Bonus points if you are an international student and can teach me how to cook food from your home!
I have street parking in front of the condo, with direct street access inside. There is underground parking where I park my car and some room for storage.
Rent includes all utilities and high speed internet. Shared spaces include bathroom, kitchen, living-room, dining room and outdoor patio space.
