Large, bright 2nd floor bedroom in newer Marda Loop home, with private bathroom, and walk-in closet. Ideal for student. Furnished with double bed, book shelf, tall chest of drawers, two bedside tables, large desk, and two chairs.
Access to shared laundry, gourmet kitchen, and dining/family area. Beautiful patio to enjoy in warmer weather. In Marda Loop, you will be walking distance to many services including shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, parks (the river is a 10 min walk), gyms, yoga studios and grocery stores. It is a convenient 12 min drive to the university or 40 min by bus. There is a bus stop to UC at Crowchild trail. There is a bus stop to Mount Royal at 14th St. & 33rd Ave.

We are a friendly semi-retired couple, working mostly from home. Our house is mainly quiet though we play instruments and do some singing practice as well. We have wide-ranging interests and speak Dutch, French and Japanese in addition to English. We are looking for a friendly student with good communication skills.
