Homestay in Calgary

I am looking for a roommate in my 2br townhouse in Oakridge! I am renting the large master bedroom. I work out of town and only around 4-7 days per month, so you (the renter) will have the place to yourself for the majority of the month!

The townhouse if fully furnished, so just bring your bedding, clothes and personal items. If you have furniture, let's chat about it and make space. There is indoor and outdoor storage for sporting equipment, There is bathrooms, the half bathroom downstairs will be mostly yours (the renter), I rarely use it. Upstairs bathroom with shower will be shared. Laundry is in-suite and shared.

The master bedroom has a brand new queen size bed, night stand, lamp and black out blinds.

About myself: I am a commuting pilot who is rarely in Calgary. I use the second bedroom for the 4-7 nights I am in town before or after a set of work days. If I am in Calgary, I am often out bike riding, hiking or skiing.

I am looking for a quiet, clean and responsible renter that wants to make my place home! I am open to short term and long term rental agreements.
